Basically, I guess I'm asking: if a botanist found a new plant in the wild what about the plant would define it as belonging to the arach group? (Assume no genetic test!). Flower color for one? I've seen plants with lots of webbing that seemed like they would be arach's but aren't... And if it's a cross with an arach and a non arach then is the new cross an arach or not? Who decides? Thanks for you experts out there!
