Wow! I am glad because I did not know its name, nice flowers. I have some thing like that and I let the old vegetation mound over and every spring fresh green covers it with same sort of flowers. Mine is a bit allergic to Monsoons but it springs back to life. Blooms from spring to early winter with no effort for free and not much water.
Yours looks neglected and starving, let's give it a chance. Give it some weak balanced feed in rain water and a trim Thumbs up .
Rain water is acidic and to copy nature I put in a table spoon of vinegar in five liters of water to get a PH of 6.
Bacteria thrives under acidic conditions and succulents in alkaline, so rain activates the bacteria to produce micro nutrients for the plant. That is why they bloom during spring rains I tip my hat to you. . Smiling a little secret of mine shared.
Regards,
Arif.
