If you go to the Site Banners forum (
http://garden.org/forums/view/...) there is a box in the upper right sidebar that says, "Want to contribute a banner to be used on the site? » Upload a banner «" Just click on the "Upload a banner" link, and you can attach it there. It is really simple. After that, if you'd like to see if it has been approved or scheduled, just click on the same "Upload a banner" link. You'll be able to see all of the banners you have submitted, as well as their status and any scheduled dates.
