Ok, I know what the problem is. I do not have 'Picture Manager'. I have 'Windows Live', they say it is better but it is not because it will only let you resize in one direction. Grumbling You can pick the width but not the height. Also when you crop something it does not give you the dimensions. Grumbling I went round and round with this thing last night. Grumbling
I read this forum the first time last december and I had already downloaded the http://pixlr.com/express/. I have been playing with this for a while now and I have enjoyed it. Your instructions helped even more. I did one last night but I was just playing and did not like that picture. I will try again!! I tip my hat to you.
