Jackie you really only need to do this (bringing in and out) for a week or so, then they should be fully acclimated! These guys are meant to be "easy"! I think they'll do fine, especially since Jennifer's are outside! In terms of North side of house, if it is facing fully north, that probably is going to be too shady for them. In spring they would do fine with full sun! Its just in the heat of summer that they would require afternoon shade in your area. (IMHO)
