Greg---no worries about pears hitting the trillium. The are a spring ephemeral. So stem, leaves, flower make an appearance and then completely die down (leaving underground roots only) until they make an appearance next year.

73 degrees here today. I have spent more than 8 hours working outside. My kids foraged for their own food, since I've been completely AWOL.

Tons blooming. Will try to post pics later. Too sunny, though, to get good photos.

If the weather stays like this, my tulips will be very short lived.
