Back to the Bollopetalum/Zygo issue, a Bollopetalum is a cross between a Bollea and a Zygopetalum. The Bollopetalum Midnight Blue 'Cardinal Roost' is Bollea violacea x Zygopetelum B. G. White and seems to be the most popular Bollopetalum by far. It is the one I have and it sure looks like the orchid Bree has as well. Since the Bollo and Zygo are closely related, I'm not sure we can tell them apart. Carol's orchid may be a Zygo even though it looks closer to my Bollo than my Zygo.
