It has been spring here for some time now: leaves on most trees, roses blooming, wild flowers in the ditches. What we need is rain. The pastures greened up early and are now turning brown and the wind sends dust everywhere. We almost got rain today, but it turned out to be thunder and wind. It was 87 this afternoon - quite warm for Easter in March.
