Thanks Audrie. After a few days the red color and the smell from the Plantskydd will go away. I really like the Plantskydd granules I bought this year - no color or smell issues with that version.

Lynn, a definite YES to the vole bait in fall. I will also look for the traps. I'll be trying everything I can get my hands on. Thanks for the tree mail.
