~ Editing my original post to say that the plant in question is Trailing Jade (Kleinia petraea)

I was going to add some photo's to the database and suddenly can't for the life of me remember the name of this plant! Crassula? Kalanchoe? or what? I've owned this plant in the past but this hanging basket is a fairly new acquisition from @ two months ago. It had a label when I purchased it but now the label has gone missing. I'm sure I have older photo's on my laptop but

I seem to sometimes "misplace" picture folders and they end up mixed in with other folders and I think that's why I'm not finding my photo's of this one. So,

to keep me from getting an even worse headache ... please, can someone tell me who this is? I'd be ever so grateful.
