My production greenhouses get as low as 45F at night without ill effects on the tomato seedlings. I have ~100 varieties in them right now, plus a number of lines that I'm stabilizing.

I target 50F at night, and no lower than 45F, and 85F during the day, and no higher than 90F.

Years ago my mother used to say to me, she'd say, "In this world, Elwood, you must be" - she always called me Elwood - "In this world, Elwood, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant." Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. You may quote me.
