Um, I didn't know Larkspur wanted stratification. Heh, heh, maybe that's why only a few of the ones I planted in the GH grew? Point is, SOME of them did. So if the seeds are any good, you should get at least some. But I have gotten a few packs of seeds where not one germinated.
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
