X, I think that color pattern is called "decolored crest". It's fairly rare I think. That's a nice color in the flower.The pink one is a Japanese morning glory that has yet to give me a seed in spite of myriad flowers being produced over the winter. It has remained dwarf, growing in its original yogurt cup in which I started the seed.
