Deb your persimmon sounds great!! And letting the fruit drop is a good idea too! It makes sense that if you collect regularly that there won't be much formed

Are you planning to sell eggs?? These 2 chickens here give one a day, and one is teal colored and the other pink - so each day that I've been here has felt like easter morning
