c. walkeriana 'Kenny'..this ones tagged Kenny so he stays Kenny...lots of controversy over this plant
has a new shoot that's got a bud in it also. these when they pop out new shoots usually have a bud in it . where in lies the controversy over this plant as walkeriana species are more typical in blooming from an eye below the new growth. Not out of the top of the bulb. Further reading provided the fact that they have been found and bloomed both ways. Just confuse us some more with your science facts. Fiction is far more interesting.

c.intemedia 'Tipo'
just a wonderful shape and color on these flowers . I see why this cultivar was awarded. I kill these and dont know why yet. I grow them like I do everything else they just dont live long after they bloom. The bulbs get wrinkly shrivel and generally ugly. One of my 2 problem catts. c.violacea is the other troubler.
