You threw down the gauntlet Dave! Rolling on the floor laughing I wasn't going to attempt this given the many Plumeria, one I found looks very much like it apart from those deeper throat streaks, Vera Cruz Rose ..

I looked through 277 plants available here which are grown in Florida, nothing else comes as close but I guess there's too many of them which have colour variations.
