Maintenance of Perennial Beds.
I also love this cultivar as attractive, hardy, vigorous, free standing and mildew resistant.

An oddity, that personally I don't mind, is that it apparently has some genetic instability.

All of my four purchases of 'Peppermint Twist' show branch mutations, apparently back to 'Candy Floss'.
'Peppermint Twist' itself was originally discovered as a branch mutation of 'Candy Floss'.
