Very nice article Trish. I grow parsley, oregano right now. I have grown dill, basil and chives. I keep re arranging my garden beds and I am hoping to get a herb bed going with the ones I use the most.
Of all of the herbs I hate mustard in any form but my husband likes it. Fortunately it grows wild here thanks to his mom planting it for mustard greens so I don't have to include it in my garden bed.

Thanks for the information on drying garlic to make garlic powder. I use it in small amounts in my spice mixes and hate buying a whole jar of it when I don't use that much of it.
