Steve - That sort of info would be invaluable for beginners like to know what kinda to expect when we experiment with a new rose. That's why I always post whether or not a rose I plant survives my winters or not. Either "Survived Zone 5 winter Colorado" or "Did NOT survive Zone 5 winter, Colorado". HMF is too generic for my tastes when it comes to what survives or not.. probably because not too many of us cold zone people are silly enough to try to grow roses, believing that only warmer climes can do it.
