Another wonderful find!
This one could be delphinium carolinianum ssp. virescens. It seems that D. carolinianum and D. virescens are now considered to be the same species, D. virescens Nutt is a sub-species of D. Carolinianum where the two plants integrade resulting in light blue flowers.
