I think that seems to a common problem with lots of us! Every winter I look at all the plants I've taken cuttings from in the fall and how they've taken over my home and I determine that next fall I'm not gonna do it again. Next fall comes and the plants are so pretty I don't want them to die so I take slips or sometimes bring the pots in and pretty soon it's just as bad or worse than the winter before. 
I'm not sure how I feel about it either but worse I'm not sure if I can do anything about it!
