I used the key for Umbelliferae on Flora Pakistan, got to #11 where you need to see the fruits for both options. So I started to go through the Genera from there, got to Pleurospermum and found one in a google with similar leaves so the species you have could be checked out, if none fit then try the other genera below #11.
