I looked up Colortart and it is not a re-bloomer. It did bloom for me in the Fall though. My position on that is that it was too immature in the Spring to bloom and decided that the conditions were correct to do so in the Fall.

Still, it is a "Sterling" cultivar and I like it alot! Smiling
