Has anyone grown the new Cool Wave pansies?

I ordered 12 plugs from eBay and have them planted 3/14" pot. So far, they have been exposed to some below freezing temps and seem to be tolerating it well. I'm wondering if they need to be deadheaded or if the new blooms cover the old ones?
