I'd be very surprise if Lilium tsingtauense would ever put out that many whorls of foliage (four or more). Usually they only produce one or two complete tiers, even on a mature plant. I think we can rule L. tsingtauense out.

My best guess is L. martagon or L. canadense, but only a guess.
