Zu Zu I took these pictures on the ninth of this month. We just came back from a vaca in Perdido Key. Fair Hope is on our route. We were also there first week in December and the roses were also blooming then. It amazes me that they do so well. They are close to the water and I would think they would catch from spray from the salty Gulf. I thought they were great in December but they are blooming much more lushly now. The knock out roses are blooming every where you go around here. They bloom in flushes from Spring until frost. The towns love to use them in the landscapes. I have not put in any yet. I have a place planned for them and plan to get on that as my next project. Spring is beautiful here. I have posted on the coleus site my Spring has sprung pics. Check it out to see what has bloomed here already. It is now the start of Oleanders and Magnolias on my corner along with my roses and lilies are starting, Lantana is beginning to pop and amaryllis are putting on there second round of buds. shirleyt
