Birds were pecking at any red so they ruined quite a few but they're loaded. I covered and we got some shiny whirlygigs to scare them (hopefully). We have two 50' rows, one was new in the fall so I think we'll get all we want to eat this year! Hoping to freeze some. So tempted to sell at market but really want them for ourselves!

This fall we'll put in another row because we're in a three year rotation. Then every year after, the oldest row will get tilled under and a new row put out.
