Hi Cameron. That is a very lovely semp.
Both twit and goldfinch are correct. Your semp will be known as a NOID. No ID, for the reasons that both twit and Chris listed.
But not to worry, here is a link for you to add your lovely semp to the database. Many of us have unidentified sempervivum that we have posted to the database under the 'Parent Plant' entry. Would love to have you enter yours here. Sempervivum
