David battled heavy rain to get us home from the Middle Georgia Hemerocallis Society meeting today. The trip that took us 2 1/2 hours this morning took 3 hours to get home coming through busy Atlanta on I-75. Now that we are home, we can say the trip was well worth the ride. John Peat was the guest hybridizer. He brought with him some of his introductions as well as some from the Kinnebrews and Jamie and Dianna Gossard. We came home with 5 of the Gossards' 2013 Introductions. There were only 22 members present and 36 daylilies auctioned. We got:

Adventure Time (Jamie) 10" UNF
Beastman (Jamie) 7-8.5" Teeth
Double My Sunshine (Dianna) An 8.75" double!
Humungousaur (Jamie) 12-14" UNF
Squidward Tentacles (Jamie) 9" UNF

We may get a fan of Dr. Doom this fall from the member who got it.

Great prices for everyone bidding! http://www.daylilynet.com/
