The Bayer 3-in-1 concentrate has the same exact % of ingredients as the hose end sprayer one and it says it make up to 12 gallons. The directions say mix 5 1/4 Tablespoons to one gallon water. So it should be the same for the hose end sprayer if you want to use it in another type sprayer. Your product will go further if used in a tank sprayer versus another type hose in sprayer because at 2.67 oz per galllon it won't go very far in a hose end sprayer unless you are walking very fast and only slightly spraying the plants.

ALSO, you said you were worried about what it could do, I assume you mean damage. I wouldn't worry because the % of the ingredients is so low that it won't hurt anything if more than normal was sprayed. The ingredients in the "for home gardener" products are extremely low compared to professional product, and depending on the pest/disease you are after, the professional products you would use more or less product. Most of the "at home" products is just one mixing ratio and it is usually the lower end of the spectrum.

Yes it is a contact and a systemic. If using for spider mites it is only a contact. One bottle I read stated this, but I can't find that on the online label. You can spray this product as often as every 7 days so what you did will not hurt your plants.

From label: Kills insects on contact and keeps on killing for up to 30 days.
For diseases and severe infestations, repeat every 7 to 14 days as necessary

Hope this helps
