We had a warm January this year so I decided to try my budding skills (according to Cyra) on grafting. See attached:

(These 2 still have shiny tips as of this week and with little leaves clawing out.. So I think these will survive.)

(The top one rotted and I now replaced it with the 2 inches DSP cutting I saved from air-layering experiments. All three experiments are doing good.)

I will post updates later when leaves are visible.
