I just planted my peppers today and some of them you can barely see! I started seeds inside late Jan. When I talked to other farmers at market they said theirs are the same (the ones that start from seed). I sure hope they catch up!

My melons are in paper pots and just starting to germinate. As well as squash. I'll get those out as soon as they have first true leaves. I planted a small area of corn so I still have to plant more. Oh, I'll plant a small batch of okra tomorrow for market since we don't eat it.

The flowers seem to be doing fine but the rest of the things seem really far behind. We did have three heads of Chinese cabbage for market on Sat. but no broccoli.

Oh, we are overdosing on strawberries though! Came home from Michigan and looked like no one had picked and there were three days of heavy rains so there were a lot of berries mushed but we still got quite a few. Waffles again for dinner tonight! Yummy! Been freezing quite a few as well. Not making jam this year since we eat very little of it.
