Nu Gold and Royal Ruby are bona fide miniatures rather than mini-floras, so I'm sure their height and spread are 1-2 feet.
Real Pink sounds more like a description than a cultivar name, and so does Baby Elizabeth, which might be a young rooted cutting of Queen Elizabeth.
The Pink Cracker Rose is a found rose and one of the photos on HMF shows it as a hedge. The Louis Philippe is probably the 1834 Guerin china rose, which is notoriously easy to grow from cuttings. Both of these are likely to be 3-5 feet tall and wide unless they're pruned back mercilessly.
