I used to like Chamblees a lot, especially when they had pages of surplus roses on sale for $5 each. Their shipping charges were the lowest then too -- $2 per rose.

In the last couple of years, though, they've sent me some fairly crummy roses. What I really dislike is their practice of rooting several cuttings in the same container. The rose looks bushy until half of those cuttings die. That probably has a negative effect on the ones that survive too, taking nutrients away from them and exposing them to whatever killed the dead ones. Once in a great while, they've sent me roses with one trunk. Those always do much better. They're usually Austins.
