None of us eat mustard greens, although we will take them to market.

I put together meat and cheese trays for the master gardeners this spring (Dave is the president this year), and used the mustard greens as decoration of the trays. One of the gals snagged one and rolled up the meat in it and popped it in her mouth. I think everyone in our family gasped! LOL! We sometimes took one leaf and chopped it up real fine to add to salads, otherwise it is too spicy for us. But I do love prepared mustard!
