Oh how beautiful!! Does it smell like heaven?
Lilacs don't do well in Western Kentucky -- lots of issues -- borers, mildew, etc. I have managed to keep mine alive for almost ten years. It doesn't grow very large, but it blooms faithfully for me! Outside of my Irises, it's the highlight of my Spring!
