Both green and yellow are summer squash. As different from winter squash that has a harder shell, therefore keeps longer.

I planted Snow Crown as well but don't hold out hope for it. I got it out too late and we're already getting 80's day temps. Too hot for caulif. Cauliflower does much better in the fall, but we'll see. I'm certainly not pulling out my plants.

You are lucky with get getting extra seedlings!

If you get strawberries, just have to get one of those strawberry pots, the ones with holes in the side. Hilarious! Hilarious!

I stayed home today to pot up my flowers but I have caught a cold, sore throat, sneezing, cough. Feel miserable. But I finally got my lobelia tubes planted and 3 planter boxes and 12 pots. DH wanted to know what I was going to do with all those pots? Sell them at market? Heck no, they're all FOR ME!!!
