Hopefully the rosette will put out more offsets. I agree with twit about cutting the bloom part off the stolon. I have had the stolon make multiple offsets after doing that.
It does look like your Hopewell sustained some damage/bruising. Maybe when it was transported home, or during planting. Again, as twit said, you should get it dried out and keep it on the dry side for awhile. Looks pretty wet right now.
