Here is a fun fact that I just read...Narrow Water, a noisette rose said to possibly be a sport of Nastarana, was/is grown in Monet's garden.

Nastarana is called the persian musk rose. It is rated as hardier than most noisettes zone 5b+. It also gets up to 4' high and 10' wide. Narrow Water may be more compact, according to reviews.
