I see you are a new member, here but obviously an old hand at gardening. I have dry arid clay soil and snow in winter.
Intense heat in summer and a drought going on. And I have heavy shade with some dappled areas but little/no sun.

Welcome! Shade like Sun comes in many varieties, but we can all learn from one another.
