Not sure. The weather has been a little weird, going from cold to hot then back to cold and now it's warming up again. Only things that look even remotely like growing are the I. purpureas, and even they don't look all that great. However, there are LOTS of little volunteer seedlings popping up in last year's beds, so I may at least have a few of those. About half the Yoi No Tsuki's have stalled like you said, but the Star of India's may do ok. I risked putting one outdoors yesterday and so far, so good!
