Oh, I have never seen such bad flies! Deer flies, horse flies and I don't know what kind of flies!

I am coming inside with huge nickel sized welts on me.

I know you are not supposed to put Deet right on your skin - but I find that I am doing it! I am using Deep Woods formula insect sprays and still seem to be "eaten alive"

Now, realizing that my house is in a clearing in a woods, over looking a pond, out in the country.

Does anyone have any TRIED and TRUE solutions for me? Products that work? Strategies? This year, I am desperate! Blinking
