Although these furry little critters are really cute, they can be a real nuisance in the garden. They not only raid the bird feeders but they will eat the fruit from your fruit trees, steal veggies from your vegetable garden, dig up corms and bulbs ... and even snatch the entire heads from sunflowers to hoard the seeds. These little critters seem to have voracious appetites ... but I must admit, I'd miss their antics if they weren't around!
