Great article! Also I love your video and the hill side has great possibilities. For me Dead Nettle is something that reseeds like crazy. It blooms very early spring, almost what I would call winter so it is too cold to get out there and I believe it is already dropping seeds for next year by the time I get out there.
However, dead nettle is editable and full of antioxidants and vitamins. Some people do grow it as a vegetable. It has beautiful purple flowers that look a little like an orchid when you enlarge the picture.
