Your hill side is beautiful just the way it is, but I can see your vision of it covered with wildflowers. Some of the mixes look great. The things that reseed all too well for me include the malvas, feverfew, cleome,cosmos, marigolds and morning glories. I do think your idea of collecting seeds from wildflowers you see blooming in your area is probably the surest way to go. Can't wait to see your place in a couple years.
