Penthouse is an Oriental lily and the leaves of your plant look like Oriental lily leaves. It looks like it won't bloom this year but it should bloom next year. There appears to be a bit of a nutritional problem (light mottling of the leaves between the veins). You might try sprinkling a tablespoon or two of Epsom salt around it and watering it in.
