It's a hard decision to make. I'm very glad the previous owner of my house moved out of state. I've dug up almost all of the rose bushes she so carefully planted, converted her carefully manicured lawn into several islands of trees interspersed with daylily beds, etc.

Bottom line, it's YOUR place, and you do what's right for YOU, and to heck with the rest of the world. Thumbs up
