Yellow Zucchini day.

I picked the first one. I had no idea how big I should leave them so I picked it small.

Had no idea what to do with it either so I just washed it up and sat there slicing it and eating it raw. It is gone now to my tummy. The skin is not as tender as on my green zucchini but still tender enough to eat. But I think it would be better for cooking.

Hey, I see a bloom soon ready to open on one eggplant.
