Thanks Greg. I always have to weigh the whole picture....it was a long time ago and I learned a number of valuable lessons....the supposed friend is not doing well, physically or financially....Karma has a way of catching up to you....the grower went out of business (bankruptcy) two or three years later....I see him occasionally as he now works at the same nursery the friend did...he does not know me..... but I can smile to myself as I have good friends, a happy garden and a, for the most part, pleasant life.

I am, as my husband says, an optimist....I know there is an up side to every experience....if naught else, I am more savvy in my dealings with others....but i do still expect them to try to walk the same high road as I do....it makes it an adventure.
