Hi Andi!...thought you went into hiding. Yup, sugar is a BIG problem. Did you put some on yer breakfast? I also think that artificial sweetners are just as bad. I have never liked soda because I don't much enjoy carbonation but in the years of "TAB" (remember that brand?) I was drinking more soda and discovered that it seemed to cause weight gain. [At that time I was still worried about 'pinching an inch']. I later learned that most artificial sweetners (suffix 'tol') are alcohol sugar. less absorbtion but not better for the system.

I'm glad you are back...and in the garden too! I wish I could do that but I have to get back to the paperwork of settling mom's estate. After finishing taxes, in spite of cold rain, I spent last week playing and going to previously scheduled events....time to pull the paper back out. I want that out of the way so I can get vegetables in the first of May. Have fun out there.
